Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor Andrei Starchenko participated in the ceremonial presentation of first passports to students of the district's schools on Constitution Day of the Republic of Belarus (March 15, 2021). This event took place at the district cultural center, attended by over 50 young citizens. In addition to the prosecutor, the event was attended by the Chairman of the District Council of Deputies, G.M. Shvedov, and the Head of the Education Department of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee, A.I. Yerashov.
Andrei Starchenko informed those present about the main provisions enshrined in the Basic Law, emphasizing the rights and responsibilities of every citizen.
