The Prosecutor of Beshenkovichi District initiated a criminal case on intentional infliction of minor bodily harm to a minor by a resident of the district, S.

Materials from the inspection conducted by the Internal Affairs Department of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee established that on August 23, 2023, during lunchtime, S., while intoxicated at his relative's house, intentionally poured hot coffee from a mug onto the head of her minor daughter, E., during a verbal conflict. This caused burns to her face and body, which, according to the expert's conclusion, are classified as minor bodily harm due to a short-term health impairment.

After reviewing the inspection materials, the District Prosecutor initiated a criminal case under Article 153 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, which was sent to the Beshenkovichi District Department of the Investigative Committee of the Republic of Belarus for preliminary investigation.
