Control was carried out over the implementation of fire safety and fire extinguishing means

Проведен контроль за реализацией средств обеспечения пожарной безопасности и пожаротушения
On 16.04.2024, employees of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a raid on trade facilities where fire safety and fire extinguishing means (hereinafter referred to as Products) of the Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Requirements for Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing Means" (TR EAEU 043/2017) (hereinafter referred to as TR) are sold (Store "DEX" LLC "DEX") or potentially can be sold (Store "Ot Vinta" Sole Proprietor Beresten F.I. and Store LLC "BeshSnabServis"), and no violations were found in the sale (production (labeling), etc.) of the Products.

During the reporting period of 2024, the gas stations of RUP "Belorusneft-Vitebskobleneftoprodukt" and the "Household Goods" store of the Beshenkovichi branch of Vitebsk Oblpo, located in the Beshenkovichi district, were visited, where no violations were found in the sale of products.

We also draw your attention to the fact that the placing into circulation (sale, offer for sale) of products in the Republic of Belarus without documents confirming their compliance with the requirements of the TR, as well as products that violate the requirements of this regulation (including without marking (incomplete marking) and/or the EAC mark) in accordance with Part 1 of Article 24.7 and Part 1 of Article 24.8 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses, entail the imposition of a fine of up to 15 base units on an official, up to 100% of the product value on an individual entrepreneur, and up to 100% of the product value on a legal entity.
To prevent violations of legal norms when products are received at a retail facility (sorting points, etc.), it is necessary to conduct an incoming inspection to verify the presence of conformity assessment documents (a certificate or declaration, depending on the form of conformity confirmation), the EAC mark, and the required labeling. This is done by comparing the accompanying documents directly with the products, and by verifying the status of the conformity assessment documents against the unified register of issued certificates of conformity and registered declarations of conformity available on the global computer network (Internet) (QR code). Special attention should be paid to the production date of the products, as it must necessarily correspond to the validity period of the conformity assessment documents (with the exception of batch certification).
