Control was carried out over the implementation of fire safety and fire extinguishing means
From August to October of the current year, employees of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted raid inspections of trade facilities selling (shops: RUP "Belorusneft-Vitebskoblnefteprodukt" (MAZS No. 72 near the village of Krupenino; MAZS No. 10 near the village of Lobachevo); CTUP "Tekhnopirs-Torg" (shop "Tekhnopirs"); CTUP "AVTOKAB" (shop "Povorot"); Beshenkovichi branch of Vitebsk Oblpotrebsoyuz (shop "Hoztovary"); IP Taukchi (shop "Avtomir"); OOO "BeshSnabServis") fire safety and fire extinguishing means (hereinafter - Products) of the Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On requirements for fire safety and fire extinguishing means" (TR EAEU 043/2017) (hereinafter - TR), while no violations were found in the sale (production (labeling), etc.) of products.
Portable fire extinguishers were available for sale
We also draw your attention to the fact that the placing into circulation (sale, offer for sale) of products on the territory of the Republic of Belarus without documents confirming their compliance with the requirements of the TR, as well as products that violate the requirements of this regulation (including without labeling (incomplete labeling) and (or) the EAC mark), in accordance with Part 1 of Article 24.7 and Part 1 of Article 24.8 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses, entail the imposition of a fine of up to 15 base units on an official, up to 100% of the value of the products on an individual entrepreneur, and up to 100% of the value of the products on a legal entity.
To prevent violations of legal norms when products are received at a retail facility (sorting points, etc.), it is necessary to conduct an incoming inspection to verify the presence of conformity assessment documents (certificate or declaration, depending on the form of conformity confirmation), the EAC mark, and the required labeling. This is done by comparing the accompanying documents directly with the products, and by verifying the status of their conformity assessment documents against the unified register of issued certificates of conformity and registered declarations of conformity available on the global computer network (Internet) (QR code). Particular attention should be paid to the production date of the products, as it must necessarily correspond to the validity period of the conformity assessment documents (with the exception of batch certification).
