Control was carried out over the implementation of fire safety and fire extinguishing means

Проведен контроль за реализацией средств обеспечения пожарной безопасности и пожаротушения

Since March of the current year, employees of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations have conducted raid activities at trade facilities where means of fire safety and fire extinguishing (hereinafter referred to as Products) of the Technical Regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "On Requirements for Means of Fire Safety and Fire Extinguishing" (TR EAEU 043/2017) (hereinafter referred to as TR) are sold (the store of the Beshenkovichi branch of Vitebsk Oblpotrebsoyuz (store "Household Goods")). No violations were found in the sale (production (labeling), etc.) of the products.

Previously, only autonomous fire detectors from OOO "Tehnozaschita", certified and properly labeled, were available for sale. The facility is registered with the District Department for Emergency Situations as a seller of products.

To prevent violations of legal norms when products arrive at a trade facility (sorting points, etc.), it is necessary to conduct an incoming inspection for the presence of documents of conformity assessment (a certificate or declaration, depending on the form of conformity confirmation), the EAC mark, and the required labeling by comparing the accompanying documents directly with the products, and by verifying the status of conformity assessment documents against the unified register of issued certificates of conformity and registered declarations of conformity in the global computer network (QR code). Special attention should be paid to the production date of the products, as it must comply with the validity period of the conformity assessment documents (with the exception of batch certification).
