Monitoring of the preschool educational institution was carried out

From August 15 to August 28, 2022, employees of the supervision and prevention sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation, including the mandatory requirements of the technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system of the State Educational Institution "Ullsky Kindergarten of the Beshenkovichi District" (a.g. Ulla, Korenevskogo St., 29; Head – Pomme Irina Alexandrovna)

During the supervisory and preventive work, a number of violations of fire safety requirements were identified, such as:

- doors of evacuation exits leading directly outside from the ground floor premises are not equipped with easily openable locking devices;

- the operability of the fire alarm and evacuation management system is not ensured (the "Exit" signs are out of order);

- the compliance of the smoke-tight doors of the building's stairwells with the requirements set for them is not ensured (seals are missing in the rebates; complete closing of the doors is not ensured).

The institution building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system and a fire notification system. The alarm signal is transmitted to the "Molniya" dispatch center. The aforementioned systems are serviced by the specialized organization LLC "StroyElektrosfera" under a contract. During the monitoring conducted with representatives of the servicing organization (09/15/2022), a check of the operability (serviceability) of these systems was carried out, and it was found that the systems are in working and serviceable condition.  

Based on the monitoring results, recommendations were handed over to the head, specifying concrete fire safety violations and deadlines for their elimination. Generalized information has been prepared for higher management.

In case of non-compliance with the recommendations, administrative measures may be taken against the head and officials.
