Monitoring of the preschool educational institution was carried out

From October 31 to November 15, 2024, employees of the supervision and prevention sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation, including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system of the State Educational Institution "Kindergarten No. 1 of the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi" (urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi, Volodarskogo St., 18A; head – Drozd Maria Petrovna).

During the supervision and prevention work carried out, the following violations of fire safety requirements were identified:

lack of protection against mechanical damage to the sounders (Exit signs) installed on evacuation routes;

stairwell doors are not equipped with seals in the jambs and self-closing devices;

materials with undetermined fire hazard indicators were used for finishing the ceiling, walls, and floor of the corridors on the first and second floors of the building.

The institution building is equipped with an automatic fire alarm and fire notification system, with alarm signals transmitted to the "Molniya" dispatch center.

The above-mentioned systems are serviced by the specialized organization LLC "StroyElektrosfera" under a contract. During the monitoring conducted with representatives of the servicing organization (12.11.2024), checks of the operability (serviceability) of these systems were carried out, and it was established that the systems are in operable and serviceable condition.

Following the monitoring results, recommendations have been issued to the manager, detailing specific fire safety violations and deadlines for their rectification. Summarized information has been prepared for higher management.

In case of non-compliance with the recommendations, administrative measures may be taken.
