Based on the results of the monitoring, violations of fire safety requirements were identified that do not pose a threat to national security, harm to the life and health of the population, or the environment, namely:
the facility lacks a reserve of smoke fire detectors (there are 4 out of 6 required smoke fire detectors);
residential premises are not fully equipped with schematic individual evacuation plans for people from the respective floor, as well as memorandums with fire safety requirements for residents and actions in case of an emergency;
manual fire detectors are not marked with fire safety signs in accordance with GOST 12.4.026 requirements;
the operability and serviceability of fire extinguishing means are not ensured.
The head of the organization received consulting and methodological assistance in resolving issues related to improving the fire safety level of the facility, including the preparation of relevant orders (directives), conducting briefings for the facility's duty personnel, etc.
