A monitoring of the professional lyceum in the agro-town of Ulla was carried out

From August 23 to 31, 2022, employees of the supervision and prevention sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation, including the mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system for dormitories No. 1 and No. 2 of the Educational Institution "Ullsky State Vocational Lyceum of Agricultural Production named after L.M. Dovator" (a.g. Ulla, Korenevskogo St., 18; head – Pashkevich  Alexander Antonovich)

The identified violations, including those resulting from the activities carried out, have been rectified during the monitoring process (damaged (malfunctioning) door seals and self-closing devices of stairwell doors in dormitory No. 2 have been restored; powder fire extinguishers have been supplemented (placed in accordance with the evacuation plan) in individual rooms of dormitory No. 1, etc.).

The systems are serviced by the specialized organization OOO "BastionS" under an agreement. During the monitoring conducted with representatives of the servicing organization (23.08.2022), a check of the operability (serviceability) of these systems was carried out, and it was established that the systems are in operable and serviceable condition (loudspeakers (columns) of the notification system damaged by residents and damaged housings of heat detectors were restored during the monitoring).

We would like to positively note the management of the institution, which, considering the tasks set and their scope, as well as the directions of the activities carried out, devotes considerable time to security issues or is able to promptly eliminate newly identified shortcomings (violations).
