Monitoring of the fire safety status of facilities hosting festive events has been conducted

On the eve of the New Year and Christmas holidays, the district prosecutor's office, together with the Beshenkovichi District Department of Emergency Situations, conducted a monitoring of the fire safety status of facilities hosting cultural and mass events in the district.

Educational institutions of the district and cultural centers where New Year's matinees and discos are planned were visited. Special attention was paid to the condition of emergency exits, the availability of primary fire extinguishing equipment, the availability and use of pyrotechnic products, and the serviceability of fire automation and fire alarm systems.

During the raid activities, individual fire safety violations were identified. For example, during the inspection of the State Institution "Beshenkovichi District Cultural Center," it was found that decorations were stored on the escape routes on the first floor of the building, and access to the fire shield near the stage was blocked. The identified violations were promptly eliminated by the institution's management.

Unscheduled fire safety briefings and rules of conduct in case of emergencies were conducted with employees of cultural and educational institutions.
