Monitoring of the educational institution was carried out

From April 10 to April 20, 2023, employees of the supervision and prevention sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation, including the mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system of the State Educational Institution "Ulla Secondary School of the Beshenkovichi District named after L.M. Dovator" (operating in the agro-town of Ulla; Director - Gaskov Vladimir Vladimirovich).

Following the monitoring, no new violations of fire safety requirements (not reflected in previously issued orders, recommendations, etc.) were identified.

However, the issue remains unresolved at the level of the district executive committee's education department:

dismantling and replacement of facing and finishing materials with undetermined fire hazard indicators, used for finishing walls and floor coverings in the corridors of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors and staircases

cells;

fireproof doors of stairwells of the building do not comply with the requirements set for them (door leaves, considering the service life, are deformed, which does not allow them to perform their functions with the existing seals and door closers).

In fact, due to the existing violations, the application of the educational institution for the performance of work (purchase of materials, etc.) dated 07.04.2023 No. 57 has not been agreed.

During the monitoring, fire safety measures were also instructed to the facility employees.
