Monitoring of preschool educational institutions was carried out
From November 22 to 30, 2023, employees of the supervision and prevention sector of the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations conducted a monitoring of compliance with fire safety legislation, including mandatory requirements of technical regulatory legal acts of the fire safety regulation and standardization system of the State Educational Institution "Ullsky Kindergarten of Beshenkovichi District" (a.g. Ulla, Korenevskogo St., 29; head – Pomme Irina Alexandrovna) and the State
State educational institution "Kindergarten No. 1 of the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi" (urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi, Volodarskogo St., 18A; Head – Drozd Maria Petrovna).During the supervisory and preventive work carried out, the following violations of fire safety requirements were identified:
The operation of fire alarm and fire notification systems is not ensured in accordance with their design documentation (the reserve of fire detectors in the kindergartens is not fully available).
The buildings of the institutions are equipped with an automatic fire alarm and fire notification system, with signals of activation being transmitted to the "Molniya" dispatch center. The above-mentioned systems are serviced by the specialized organization "StroyElektrosfera" LLC under a contract. During monitoring activities conducted with representatives of the servicing organization (27.11.2023), checks were carried out to verify the operability (proper functioning) of these systems. It was established that the systems are in operational and proper working condition.
Based on the monitoring results, recommendations were issued to the management, outlining specific fire safety violations and deadlines for their rectification. Generalized information is being prepared for higher management.
In case of non-compliance with the recommendations, administrative measures may be taken.
