The Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Galina Unukovich, held another personal reception of citizens. Two residents of the district raised issues related to labor relations. Moreover, both appeals are related to labor disputes that resulted from disagreements with their immediate supervisors.
In the first case, the applicant was dismissed due to the expiration of the employment contract, although the employee himself expressed a desire to continue working. In the second case, as the applicant explained, due to a misunderstanding with the head of the dairy-cattle complex, the livestock breeder had to transfer to another facility. In addition, the same citizen made assumptions about possible embezzlement at the dairy-cattle complex. The police will investigate this information. The head of the Department of Internal Affairs has been given the appropriate instructions.
Regarding the labor disputes themselves, Galina Unukovich explained that both cases will be thoroughly reviewed with the participation of all interested parties.
Residents of the village of Promysly asked the district head for assistance in providing them with rental housing in Bochaykovo. By the way, there is currently a vacant three-room apartment in the agro-town. It has already been shown to the applicants, and they have agreed to move. The villagers will be assisted in processing all the necessary documentation for prompt resettlement.
