The registration center of the state system for managing public keys for verifying electronic digital signatures operates on the basis of the National Center for Marketing and Price Conjuncture

From February 3, 2020, the registration center of the State System for Managing Public Keys for Verification of Electronic Digital Signatures (hereinafter referred to as the RC StateSUOK) has been operating on the basis of the RUP "National Center for Marketing and Price Conjuncture" (hereinafter referred to as the NCPMC).

The RC StateSUOK issues certificates that are applicable to all state information systems of the Republic of Belarus. A complete list of these systems is available at the link: https://nces.by/pki/gossuok_systems/.

The performance of the functions of the RC StateSUOK registration center allows the NCPMC to provide comprehensive services to organizations, which include issuing both StateSUOK certificates and attribute certificates for participation in public procurement procedures. For the convenience of users, this can be done in one place.
