Decision of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee dated January 29, 2026 No. 98 "On Psychological Interview"

Based on paragraph 1 of Article 40 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 4, 2010 No. 108-3 "On Local Government and Self-Government in the Republic of Belarus", paragraph 3 of the Regulation on Psychological Interview, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 5, 2025 No. 706, the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee HAS DECIDED: 
1. To designate the healthcare institution "Beshenkovichi Central District Hospital" (hereinafter referred to as HI "Beshenkovichi Central Hospital") as the organization for conducting psychological interviews with individuals planning to engage or engaging in pedagogical activities, pedagogical activities in the field of physical culture and sports, as well as those applying for positions of employees related to the performance of educational functions, other positions of employees, occupations of workers related to constant work with children, or holding such positions.
2. HI "Beshenkovichi Central District Hospital" shall, within three working days from the date of receipt of the request from the employer, inform it about the date of the interview and, no later than ten working days from the date of receipt of the request, ensure the assignment of a psychologist to the employer to conduct the psychological interview.
3. The Department of Ideological Work and Youth Affairs of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee shall post information on the designation of HI "Beshenkovichi Central District Hospital" as the organization providing psychological interviews on the official websiteDecision of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee dated January 29, 2026 No. 98 "On psychological interview"
