History has repeatedly proven that only together can we adequately respond to any challenges and threats. Today, our unity has special value.

   Our common historical past serves as a solid foundation for the development of effective cooperation in various fields. Joint work and comprehensive support for fraternal peoples predetermine our confidence in the future. Much has been done on the path of integration, interstate economic and cultural programs are being implemented, trade is developing, work is underway on scientific and innovative projects, and cooperation in the military-technical sphere continues. Both in Belarus and in Russia, our citizens have equal access to education, healthcare, social security, unimpeded employment, movement, and choice of residence. These results of the Union State's activities have already become commonplace for us.
