From October 10 to 12, the Vitebsk Region State Automobile Inspectorate is strengthening traffic control: the preventive event "Safe Region" is being held
State Automobile Inspectorate officers have been transferred to an enhanced duty mode.
Roads in the region are being patrolled to prevent traffic violations related to driving into oncoming lanes and exceeding speed limits.
The work will also be aimed at preventing the operation of vehicles by intoxicated drivers and drivers without a license.
Regarding pedestrians, State Automobile Inspectorate officers will pay attention to their physical condition, as well as the presence of retroreflective elements during dark hours.
