"The goal of the campaign is to reduce the risks of fires in housing and deaths from them, and to improve the life safety culture among the population," notes Pavel Chaplinsky, Deputy Head of the District Department for Emergency Situations.
During the complex of measures, the following will be carried out:
Inspections of stove heating, gas and electrical equipment, and compliance with safety regulations by citizens.
Since the beginning of the year, 1327 fires have occurred in Belarus, resulting in 170 deaths, including 1 child.
