From October 14, the comprehensive fire prevention campaign "Together for Safety!" will start in the Beshenkovichi district.

The main goals of the campaign are to reduce the number of fires caused by citizens' non-compliance with fire safety regulations in residential buildings and structures, settlements and territories, including rural areas, to strengthen law and order, and to prevent offenses committed by citizens under the influence of alcohol.

The campaign will take place in the district from October 14 to 30. All preventive entities will participate in it. They will conduct targeted inspections of households and apartments inhabited by large families, families with children recognized as being in a socially dangerous situation, single disabled and elderly citizens, as well as those abusing alcohol and able-bodied citizens not employed in the economy.

During preventive measures, homeowners will be reminded of safety rules in their homes and on their personal plots, and will be provided with visual informational materials on fire safety. Also, during the event, rescuers will give presentations to work collectives and demonstrate video materials of a fire prevention nature, including procedures in case of an emergency.

In accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the responsibility for observing fire safety rules in residential buildings owned by citizens under private property rights rests with their owners. Therefore, rescuers urge: install autonomous fire detectors in each living room, if they are already installed,
