From January 19 to 25, the "Cybersecurity Week" preventive campaign will be held in Vitebsk and the Vitebsk region
Only from January 7 to 15, 11 citizens in the northern region reported serious cybercrimes committed against them. The amount of damage caused exceeded 150 thousand rubles.
During the campaign, law enforcement officers will visit educational institutions, labor collectives of enterprises and organizations, during which they will talk about the main types of cybercrimes and fraud. Police officers will give practical advice on how not to fall for the tricks of criminals and not become victims of such crimes.
