From August 25 to 27, a special comprehensive event

As practice shows, crimes committed during emerging family quarrels and conflicts often surpass premeditated, well-prepared criminal acts in their cruelty and the severity of their consequences.

Every third murder and every fourth case of intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm occur within family and domestic relations. In order to ensure timely response and preventive measures, citizens are requested to report any known facts of family distress and violence to the internal affairs bodies.
