From October 4 to 8, 2021, the special comprehensive event "Arsenal" is being held in the Republic of Belarus, the objectives of which are:

- prevention and detection of crimes related to illegal actions with firearms and other weapons, ammunition, explosive devices and substances;

- identification of violations of the conditions for storage and accounting of firearms and ammunition at facilities of the licensing system, as well as by private weapon owners;

- identification and prosecution of persons illegally storing, transporting, manufacturing, selling weapons, ammunition, and explosives;

During the operation, any citizen can voluntarily surrender illegally stored, found, or unregistered firearms and ammunition to the Department of Internal Affairs and will not be held liable.
