From the beginning of March, the republican campaign of the Ministry of Emergency Situations "Safety Day. Attention to all!" is being held throughout Belarus.
Knowing how to behave in case of a life threat and being able to navigate a difficult situation are important aspects of human life. In places with a large concentration of people – schools, shopping centers, cinemas, and others – proper behavior in case of evacuation is of increased importance. Therefore, throughout March, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus is holding the republican campaign "Safety Day. Attention Everyone!" across the country.
Its first stage is taking place from March 11 to 20 in places with a large concentration of people. In cinemas, shopping centers, and sports facilities, rescuers have set up interactive platforms and engaging activity zones. Children and their parents, in an interesting and memorable format, reviewed the basic safety rules, how to call rescuers, and the algorithm of actions in case of emergencies. In addition, all participants of the campaign will receive bright visual materials to reinforce their knowledge – brochures, stickers, bookmarks, and calendars featuring characters from the "Magic Book". Rescuers will also conduct "safety lessons" in schools, diversifying the usual school curriculum.
During the second stage, which will take place from March 21 to 31, Ministry of Emergency Situations employees will visit rural settlements
locations where the "Safe Fair" will be held. At the event, you can participate in master classes, thematic interactive areas, and contests, take photos in a trendy photo zone from the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the most active participants will receive unusual creative gifts. In cities and regional centers, a "Safe Yard" area will be organized, where people concerned about their health can learn more about safety, emergency prevention, and evacuation procedures through quest games and thematic discos.
