A seminar-training was held at the military commissariat with the participation of prosecutor's office employees

A seminar-training was held at the military commissariat of Beshenkovichi and Shumilino districts with the participation of prosecutor's office employees. The seminar was dedicated to liability for traffic violations, as well as issues of combating corruption.
Thus, Deputy Prosecutor of the District Vitaly Doylidov informed the attendees about the main requirements of anti-corruption legislation, the system of measures for its prevention, compliance with basic restrictions within the framework of public service, and also specifically emphasized the liability that arises for committing corruption crimes.
For reference: the basic document on which anti-corruption activities in our country are organized is the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Combating Corruption" dated 15.07.2015 No. 305-Z.
In turn, Assistant Prosecutor of the District Sergey Kiryanov focused on the main changes in terms of liability for traffic violations. In addition, he also provided examples of bringing to justice in the Beshenkovichi district.
For reference: changes in 2021 affected the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Procedural-Executive Code of Administrative Offenses (the practice of bringing to justice changed), as well as the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (liability under a number of articles was revised).
At the end of the event, the participants thanked the prosecutor's office employees for their interesting and informative presentations and asked questions of interest.
