On October 8, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko heard several reports, as reported by BELTA.

The main topics in the report by the Minister of Agriculture and Food, Yuri Gorlov, were the completion of the harvest campaign and the sowing of winter crops.

The discussion also covered the centralized procurement of chemicals for agriculture. The fulfillment of this directive, previously given to the minister, was reported. The operation of stabilization funds was another topic of the report.

The main topic of the report by the State Secretary of the Security Council, Alexander Volfovich, was the results of the joint Belarusian-Russian "Zapad-2025" exercises. The State Secretary provided a detailed report on their outcomes and the experience gained. He also addressed the reaction of Western neighbors, considering their extreme concern prior to the exercises.

Another topic of the report concerned incidents of unmanned aerial vehicles periodically entering Belarusian territory. As reported by the State Secretary, the situation is under constant control.
 
A report was also made to the Head of State by the Administrator of Presidential Affairs, Yuri Nazarov.

The discussion focused on the progress of construction projects within the Presidential Affairs system that are under the President's control. Nazarov reported on the work progress. The President pays great attention to these projects, as the experience gained from their implementation is planned to be disseminated throughout the country.

Another topic of discussion was the situation at the agricultural enterprise "ASB-Agro Gorodets", which Alexander Lukashenko recently visited, expressing serious criticism regarding a number of shortcomings. Yuri Nazarov reported on what has been done to date to rectify the indicated issues.

Another important topic is the follow-up to the negotiations between the President of Belarus and the Sultan of Oman. This concerns a large-scale joint project in the field of agriculture that is currently being developed. It is proposed to implement it in the Vitebsk region based on the experience of agricultural enterprises in the Braslav district from the Administration of Affairs structure. Yuri Nazarov has been instructed to study the implementation of this project.
