A series of off-site meetings of the standing commissions of the deputy corps of the Vitebsk region on social issues continues
A seminar for the deputy corps of the Vitebsk region on the topic "Social State – Belarusian Model of Well-being" is currently underway at the Vitebsk Regional Clinical Hospital.
The key theme of the current seminar-meeting is dedicated to the results of the charity events "Our Children" and "From the Bottom of Our Hearts". Initiated by the Head of State Alexander Lukashenko, these events have been helping children and the elderly feel care, attention, and the approach of a real holiday for many years.
Gleb Lapitsky, a member of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus and General Director of the State Institution "Center of Culture "Vitebsk"", addressed the participants of the event with a welcoming speech:
