The rally of young rescuers and firefighters was held in Beshenkovichi

By tradition, once a year, young rescuer-firefighters of the Beshenkovichi district gather in one place to show themselves and see others. This year was no exception, today Secondary School No. 1 of the town of Beshenkovichi hosted teams from the schools of the district.

The event began with a general formation and the solemn opening of the rally.

The first test for the young rescuers was the "Marching Drill" competition. The participants demonstrated their marching skills to the jury and sang marching songs. This year, representatives of the military commissariat for the Beshenkovichi and Shumilino districts helped evaluate the participants.

In the "Connoisseurs" competition, participants were required to answer 30 questions related to life safety within 20 minutes. In the "Combat Deployment" and "Man-Made Emergencies" competitions, the participants demonstrated their skills in firefighting, speed, and agility. The participants performed combat deployment, donned firefighter protective gear at speed, and also chemical protection suits.

All stages were monitored by jury members: they tracked every drill step of the young rescuers, checked the correct connection of firefighting equipment, and the clarity in donning protective gear.

The event then took a different turn. It turns out that rescuers and firefighters not only eliminate emergencies and provide first aid to victims, but also participate in public life and artistic events. The children were given the opportunity to express themselves creatively, with each team being assigned homework to prepare a creative presentation about youth and their activities in promoting safety. During the competitions, the activists danced, sang, acted out scenes, voiced safety rules, and demonstrated pre-prepared educational videos.

Finally, the jury was ready to draw the finish line.

A certificate for 3rd place was awarded to the team of Ostrovenka Secondary School;

2nd place was taken by the team of Secondary School No. 2;

And the winning team was the team of Secondary School No. 1.
