The state institution was established in accordance with sub-paragraph 1.1. of paragraph 1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus No. 475 dated 23.12.2019 "On Ensuring the Activities of Budgetary Organizations". It is a non-profit organization created to support the activities of budgetary organizations and operates on the basis of the Decree.
