Another meeting of participants of the joint creative project of the Beshenkovichi District Prosecutor's Office and the State Educational Institution "Rzhavskaya Kindergarten - Basic School" entitled "Memory of Generations" was held
Another meeting of participants of the joint creative project entitled "Memory of Generations" was held, attended by the Assistant Prosecutor of the District, Sergey Kiryanov.
For reference: "Memory of Generations" is a joint creative project of the State Educational Institution "Rzhavskaya Kindergarten - Basic School" and the District Prosecutor's Office, the purpose of which is to create an interactive map of the district, on which historically significant objects of the district (burial sites and places of forced detention, burned settlements) are located, both accounted for and unaccounted for, established by the District Prosecutor's Office during the investigation of a criminal case initiated on the fact of genocide of the population of Belarus during the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945 and in the post-war period.
At the same time, the interactive map contains information provided by the District Prosecutor's Office, including the exact locations of objects (according to marked coordinates), photos from these places, and their description. The direct compilers of the interactive map are children who expressed a desire to participate in the creative work. The children proposed to name the creative project "Memory of Generations".
During the meeting, the children shared the results of their work, which they demonstrated to the prosecutor's office employee on a multi-board. Currently, information about all burial sites has been added to the interactive map, and today the participants have already begun to add information about settlements burned during the German occupation to the interactive map, of which there are 109 in the district (within the district's borders during the war).
The attending prosecutor's office employee told the children about the latest results of the investigation of the said criminal case.
Such meetings are held regularly and will continue, taking into account the children's interest in studying the history of our district.
