Pursuant to Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 18, 2011, No. 300-Z "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities" (as amended on June 28, 2022, with amendments and additions effective from January 2, 2023), electronic appeals will be submitted through the state unified republican information system for recording and processing appeals from citizens and legal entities (http://обращения.бел).

In the modern cultural life of the country, club institutions ensure the preservation, creation, and dissemination of cultural values, shape spiritual needs, create the necessary conditions for the socio-cultural activity of citizens, organize leisure, and improve the quality of cultural life of the population.

One of the main activities of club-type institutions in Beshenkovichi District is holding cultural and mass events for all categories of the population. Club institutions pay great attention to events aimed at public-patriotic and spiritual education, developing active civic engagement, preventing antisocial phenomena, preserving historical and cultural monuments, and safeguarding folk traditions.

The Beshenkovichi District Culture Center brings together the most creative and proactive people to bring celebration, good mood, and kind, bright emotions to the residents and guests of our district.

We are constantly looking for new opportunities for further development and do not rest on our laurels.

The State Cultural Institution "Beshenkovichi District Culture Center" (hereinafter – SCI "Beshenkovichi DCC") unites 11 club institutions:

  • Branch "Ulla Rural House of Culture";
  • Branch "Zadorozhye Rural House of Culture";
  • Branch "Verkhovye Rural House of Culture";
  • Branch "Ostrovno Rural House of Culture";
  • Branch "Bocheikovo Rural House of Culture";
  • Branch "Drozdovo Rural Club";
  • Branch "Rzhavka Rural Club";
  • Branch "Verkhnekrivino Rural Club";
  • Branch "Svecha Rural Club";
  • Branch "House of Crafts".

The club institutions host 65 club formations, attended by 610 people. Of these, 29 formations are for children, with 228 participants.

10 artistic groups hold the honorary title "folk" and "exemplary", 5 of which operate at the culture center:

  • folk choir;
  • folk vocal group "Veteran";
  • folk folk song ensemble "Vesyaluha";
  • folk orchestra of folk instruments;
  • children's exemplary folk song ensemble "Zvonitsa";
  • folk folk song ensemble "Ulyanachka" – branch "Ulla RHC";
  • folk choir – branch "Ulla RHC";
  • folk amateur folklore group "Krynitsa" – branch "Bocheikovo RHC";
  • studio of folk art crafts masters "Skarbonka" – branch "House of Crafts";
  • folk club of lovers of Belarusian national cuisine, folklore, and games "Barabolya" – branch "Verkhovye RHC".
