The public association "Belarusian Republican Youth Union" was established on September 6, 2002. The BRYU is one of the main co-executors of the state youth policy of our country, the main goal of the organization is the consolidation of Belarusian youth.

The Beshenkovichi District Organization of the BRYU unites 509 young people, which accounts for 28% of the total youth population in the district.

Main areas of activity of the BRYU

• civic and patriotic education (including the movement of youth law enforcement detachments (MOOP));
• youth employment (student labor movement);
• support for talented and gifted youth;
• promotion of a healthy lifestyle;
• development of the volunteer movement;
• international cooperation;
• work with youth in the information space;
• legal education of youth.

The district committee pays great attention to fostering a sense of pride in their country and their people among the younger generation. To this end, various forms and methods of work are used: actions "For Beloved Belarus", "My Gift to a Veteran", "Flowers of the Great Victory", the memory relay "Belarus Remembers: Remembers Everyone", projects "Rodnae-Narodnae", "Pashtouka.BEL", "Digital Star", "Victory Dictation", the internet challenge "Songs of Victory", digital patriotic actions. Participation in the republican action dedicated to Constitution Day "We are Citizens of Belarus" has already become traditional. The best representatives of youth, excellent students, winners and prize-winners of competitions, contests, are solemnly presented with passports of a citizen of the Republic of Belarus by representatives of legislative, executive and representative authorities.

Members of the Beshenkovichi District Organization of the BRYU took an active part in the most important socio-political event in the life of our country — the elections of the President of the Republic of Belarus.

Annually, plans for joint activities of the Beshenkovichi District Organization of the BRYU and the district department of internal affairs for the prevention of juvenile delinquency, and the district plan of measures for the implementation of the Cooperation Agreement concluded between the BRYU and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus are developed and implemented.

Within the framework of this cooperation, special attention is paid to the prevention of crimes and offenses among youth, work with troubled teenagers, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, and the development of youth law enforcement detachments.

Joint actions and events included:

• preventive sports festival for underage teenagers "Together We Are One";
• campaigns "No to Drugs", "Stop AIDS", "Exchange a Cigarette for a Candy";
• campaigns "Summer Patrol" and "Winter Patrol".

Every year, the district committee of the Belarusian Republican Youth Union (BRSM) organizes the activities of student brigades.

The district committee searched for job opportunities and concluded six agreements for the organization of student brigades' activities: three with UKP ZhKKh "Beshenkovichsky Kommunalnik" for 56 people; two with KSPUP "PolitotdeletsAgro" for 13 people, and one agreement with UE "Ulla State College named after L.M. Dovator" for 10 people.

In their free time, the members participate in events such as: Opening of the STS, Closing of the STS, student brigade rallies, and events dedicated to the celebration of the BSO's Birthday.

Within the framework of the student brigade movement in the district in 2025, the nationwide project "#ZaDelo" was implemented (parks were landscaped, the coastal area of the Zapadnaya Dvina River was improved, and assistance was provided in cleaning the adjacent territories of single citizens).

The volunteer movement of the NGO "BRSM" "Good Heart" in our district unites about 100 young men and women.

Volunteer detachments (7 detachments) have been created and are active in all primary organizations of educational institutions. Charitable campaigns such as "To School - with a Good Heart" were implemented to collect stationery for children in difficult financial situations.

Every year, volunteers from the district committee and educational institutions of the district conduct the campaign "We Choose to Help the Elderly!", within which they visit the 24-hour care department for elderly and single citizens of the TSCON, where the young people delight the residents with their attention and sweet gifts.

The charity campaign "Wish Tree" has become a tradition in the district. Every year for New Year, children from the correctional and developmental education and rehabilitation center, low-income families, and orphans receive the very gifts they wished for.

Volunteers of the district committee of the NGO "BRSM" participate in the campaigns "Give the Forest a New Life!" and "Clean Park" to maintain order in our native settlement, and are involved in landscaping memorial sites throughout the district.

Information activity is the area of work on which the image and prestige of the organization largely depend. Today, the modern life of a youth organization is inextricably linked with the Internet.

The RK BRSM actively works on the Internet. The district committee has official accounts on social networks such as VKontakte, Instagram, Telegram, Facebook, and TikTok.

Announcements of upcoming events, photos and overviews of past events, as well as other interesting and relevant news for young people are posted on their web pages and in groups.

The work of the district organization of the BRSM was covered on the pages and website of the district newspaper "ZARA".
