The Department of Initial Intake and Assessment of Social Support Needs is designed for receiving and consulting citizens, identifying and registering various categories of the population in need of social assistance, and informing the population of Beshenkovichi district about the services provided by the Center.

Main objectives of the department:

1. Initial intake, identification of citizens' needs for social services, referral of citizens to the relevant departments of the Center;

2. Creation of a database of citizens who have applied to the Center;

3. Assessment of the material and living conditions of socially vulnerable categories of citizens to identify and register their needs for various types of social assistance;

4. Analysis and forecasting of the real and prospective needs of the population for social services, compilation of a "social passport" of the district;

5. Organization of the work of a mobile social service brigade;

6. Informing the population about the services provided by the Center, including through mass media;

7. Publication of memos, bulletins, and other informational materials on social services for the population;

8. Assistance in providing citizens in difficult life situations with clothes, shoes, and other essential items.

Functions of the department:

1. Creation and maintenance of a database of categorized citizens;

2. Interaction with organizations of various forms of ownership located in the district on issues of social assistance to citizens;

3. Implementation of the action plan for subprogram 1 "Social Services and Social Support" of the State Program "Social Protection" for 2021-2025 in Beshenkovichi district;

4. Compilation of departmental reports "On the number of veterans, persons affected by the consequences of wars, elderly lonely people and disabled people and their social services" and "On the work of the territorial center for social services for the population" (1-SOC);

5. Processing documents for receiving the Order of Mother, the "Z.M. Tusnolobova-Marchenko Hero of the Soviet Union" award;

6. Processing documents for issuing certificates to large families (administrative procedure 3.15);

7. Organization of the work of the Board of Trustees to strengthen the material and technical base of the Center;

8. Organization and holding of festive events for memorable dates;

The main goal of the department for initial information intake, analysis, and forecasting is to provide additional measures for the necessary support of veterans and disabled people of the Great Patriotic War, elderly citizens, disabled people, which allows increasing the level of social protection and creating conditions for their active participation in society.

Основной целью работы отделения первичного приёма информации, анализа и прогнозирования является обеспечение дополнительных мер по необходимой поддержке ветеранов и инвалидов Великой Отечественной войны, пожилых граждан, инвалидов, что позволяет повышать уровень социальной защищённости, создавать условия для обеспечения их активного участия в жизни общества.
