funds received by state social service institutions from the sale of products manufactured in these institutions as part of activities for the development of accessible labor skills, in interest clubs, are credited to current (settlement) accounts for accounting for off-budget funds of state social service institutions, remain at their disposal and are used for the development of the material and technical base, including for the acquisition of equipment and materials necessary for conducting activities for the development of accessible labor skills, classes in interest clubs, additional bonuses for employees;

the procedure and conditions for the provision of social services by state social service institutions, as well as the forms of contracts for the provision of social services by state organizations providing social services, are approved by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection;

the procedure for the provision of social services by state healthcare organizations is approved by the Ministry of Health;

the provision of socio-pedagogical services by state educational institutions is carried out in accordance with the legislation on education.

3. To declare invalid the resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus according to the appendix.

4. The Ministry of Labor and Social Protection, the Ministry of Health, regional executive committees and the Minsk City Executive Committee shall take measures to implement this resolution.

5. This resolution comes into force on January 1, 2013.

*** Bed rest refers to a regime established for citizens with a sharply expressed impairment of self-care ability, expressed and sharply expressed impairment of mobility (the ability to move within the living room, the institution's territory with the help of other persons or complex technical and other auxiliary means of movement), complete loss of independent movement and self-care ability.

**** When comprehensively assessing various indicators characterizing the impairment of the main categories (criteria) of human vital activity, five functional classes of their severity (in percentages) are distinguished:
