One-Time Services
The State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Beshenkovichi District" provides one-time services aimed at supporting the vital activities of non-working disabled citizens aged 60 and older who have reached the generally established retirement age and are entitled to a state pension, as well as disabled persons of groups 1 and 2.
One-time social services are provided based on the List of Free and Accessible Social Services of State Social Service Institutions with Norms and Standards for the Provision of these Services to Citizens, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1218 of December 27, 2012, and the List of Social Services provided by the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services of the Beshenkovichi District," approved by decision of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee No. 1340 of December 14, 2024.

One-time services are provided based on a verbal or written application and a paid social services agreement concluded between the citizen (or their legal representative), on the one hand, and the Center, on the other hand.
To conclude a paid social services agreement, the applicant must submit the following documents:
· citizen's identity document;
· a standard document confirming the right to benefits (disability certificate, Great Patriotic War veteran certificate, etc.) for citizens belonging to the category of beneficiaries;
One-time social services are provided on a full payment basis. The cost of services charged to citizens for provided one-time social services is determined in accordance with the prices (tariffs) for paid services of the Center, valid at the time of providing social services.
Within the norms and standards for the provision of social services to citizens, the State Institution "Territorial Center for Social Services" provides services to citizens in need of social services that are included in the List of Free and Accessible Social Services of State Social Service Institutions, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1218 of December 27, 2012, at tariffs approved by decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee of September 19, 2024, No. 591, according to Price List No. 1.

In addition to the norms and standards for providing citizens with social services, the State Institution "Territorial Social Service Center" provides services to citizens who do not have indications for social services, which are included in the List of Free and Accessible Social Services of State Social Service Institutions, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus No. 1218 dated 27.12.2012, according to Price List No. 2
The State Institution "Territorial Social Service Center" provides services from the list of services not included in the List of Free and Accessible Social Services of State Social Service Institutions, approved by the decision of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee No. 1340 dated September 24, 2024, according to Price List No. 3
