DECISION OF THE VITEBSK REGIONAL EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

On the establishment of tariffs for social services provided by state social service institutions

Amendments and additions:

Decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee of August 30, 2022 No. 460 (National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus, 08.09.2022, 9/117741)

Based on sub-paragraph 2.1 of paragraph 2 of Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of February 25, 2011 No. 72 "On certain issues of price (tariff) regulation in the Republic of Belarus", sub-paragraph 1.2 of paragraph 1 of Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2014 No. 35 "On approval of lists of socially significant goods (services), prices (tariffs) for which are regulated by state bodies, and invalidation of certain resolutions of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus", the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee HAS DECIDED:

1. To establish:

1.1. a fixed tariff for social services*, provided by territorial centers of social services for the population, included in the list of free and publicly available social services of state social service institutions with norms and standards for the provision of these services to citizens, approved by Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 27, 2012 No. 1218 (hereinafter – the List), excluding the cost of materials used in the provision of these services:

1.1.1. in the amount of 0.75 Belarusian rubles per hour (excluding nanny services, day care services in the form of home social services);

1.1.2. in the amount of 1.16 Belarusian rubles per hour for nanny services, day care services in the form of home social services;

1.2. the maximum profitability standard used to determine the amount of profit included in regulated tariffs for social services*, provided by territorial centers of social services for the population, not included, as well as included in the List, but provided in excess of the norms and standards for the provision of free and publicly available social services to citizens, excluding the cost of materials used in the provision of these services, in the amount of 10 percent of the cost of these services;

* Excluding social services provided by the 24-hour stay department.

1.3. maximum tariffs for social services provided by:

1.3.1. state social service institutions whose activities are carried out in the form of inpatient social services:

boarding house (department) for the elderly and disabled – 33.18 Belarusian rubles per day;

neuropsychiatric boarding house (department) for the elderly and disabled – 27.86 Belarusian rubles per day;

boarding house for disabled children with psychophysical developmental disabilities – 39.96 Belarusian rubles per day;

1.3.2. 24-hour stay department of the territorial center of social services for the population – 28.40 Belarusian rubles per day.

2. To invalidate:

decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated December 31, 2013, No. 810 "On establishing tariffs for social services provided by state social service institutions";

decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated April 29, 2016, No. 240 "On introducing additions and amendments to the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated December 31, 2013, No. 810";

decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated June 21, 2016, No. 363 "On introducing amendments to the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated December 31, 2013, No. 810";

decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated June 26, 2017, No. 383 "On introducing amendments to the decision of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee dated December 31, 2013, No. 810".

3. This decision shall enter into force after its official publication.
