"Weekend Hotel" Service
The department provides this service to parents or legal representatives of children with disabilities aged 14 and older, and to young adults with disabilities aged 18 to 31. This service allows parents and legal representatives to plan their free time for personal matters, as the Center's specialists organize leisure activities for individuals with disabilities during this period.
The service is provided free of charge on weekends
from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
"Day Care" Service
The "day care" service is provided to incapacitated citizens with limitations in their vital activities (ability to control their behavior), for 10 to 40 hours per week as needed, in the form of semi-residential social services.
Medical indications for providing the "day care" service include injuries and/or diseases and/or their consequences that have led to moderate (FC 2), or severe (FC 3), or extremely severe (FC 4) limitations in the ability to control one's behavior.
To receive the "day care" service, citizens must submit the following documents:
identity document;
a standard document confirming the right to benefits (disability certificate, Great Patriotic War veteran certificate, etc.) for citizens belonging to the category of beneficiaries;
written application;
medical certificate of health, containing information on the presence of medical indications and/or absence of medical contraindications for providing day care services (with an indication of the functional class – limitation of the ability to control one's behavior).
On a partial payment basis, the "day care" service is provided to low-income (income below 100% of the subsistence minimum) single incapacitated citizens. The amount of partial payment is:
for an incapacitated citizen – 60% of the social services tariff;
for an incapacitated family – 50% of the social services tariff for each family member.
On a full payment basis, the day care service is provided to other incapacitated citizens. The amount of full payment for an incapacitated family is 80% of the social services tariff for each family member.
