State Institution "Republican Boarding House for War and Labor Veterans"

The State Institution "Republican Boarding House for War and Labor Veterans" (hereinafter - the boarding house) was established for the purpose of residential social services. The boarding house provides continuous care and assistance to elderly people, household services, and medical care. Forms of residence in the boarding house:

- State support. Citizens who have reached the age entitling them to an old-age pension on general grounds, and disabled persons of groups I and II who require constant external care or assistance, household services, and medical care, may be admitted to the department from among:

- disabled persons and participants of the Great Patriotic War;

- Heroes of the Soviet Union;

- Heroes of Socialist Labor;

- citizens awarded the title "Hero of Belarus";

- former prisoners of fascist concentration camps;

- family members of military personnel, partisans, and underground fighters who died during the Great Patriotic War while performing military duties;

- citizens who have fallen ill and suffered from radiation sickness caused by the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster;

- citizens holding honorary titles of the USSR (People's, Honored), as well as those awarded honorary titles of the Republic of Belarus (People's, Honored);

- laureates of the Lenin and State Prizes of the USSR, as well as laureates of the State Prize of the Republic of Belarus;

- full members (academicians) and corresponding members of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus;

- outstanding athletes;

- citizens awarded orders of the USSR, orders of the Republic of Belarus.

- General department. Citizens who have reached the age entitling them to an old-age pension on general grounds, and disabled persons of groups I and II who require constant external care or assistance, household services, and medical care, may be admitted to the department from among:

- citizens awarded orders of the USSR, orders of the Republic of Belarus. The cost of staying in the boarding house is 17.22 (seventeen rubles 22 kopecks) per day.

- Enhanced comfort department. Citizens who have reached the age entitling them to an old-age pension on general grounds, and disabled people of groups I and II who need constant outside care or assistance, household services and medical care from among labor veterans, can be accommodated in the department. The cost of staying in the boarding house is 28.88 (twenty-eight rubles 88 kopecks) for citizens without impaired mobility per day and 32.03 (thirty-two rubles 03 kopecks) for citizens with impaired mobility.

- Short-term stay department. Citizens who have reached the age entitling them to an old-age pension on general grounds can be accommodated in the department. Citizens have the right to stay in the boarding house for up to one month, but no more than three months a year. The cost of staying in the boarding house is 20.06 (twenty rubles 06 kopecks) per day.

The State Institution "Republican Boarding House for War and Labor Veterans" has a wide range of health facilities: a swimming pool, saunas, a physiotherapy department, speleotherapy, phytotherapy, and the boarding house also has a 24-hour medical post, doctors of various specializations.
