The Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee is a state administration body that exercises state-power authority and ensures the implementation of state policy in the field of labor, employment promotion, social protection, and alternative service in the territory of the Beshenkovichi District.
The Department is a structural subdivision of the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee with the rights of a legal entity, is subordinate to the Beshenkovichi District Executive Committee and the Committee on Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee, and is part of the committee's system.
