PRESIDENTIAL DECREE No. 7 \

On November 23, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 7 "On the Development of Entrepreneurship," which is a key document from the package of regulatory legal acts aimed at improving the business climate in the country.

The Decree provides for a fundamental change in the mechanisms of interaction between state bodies and businesses, minimizes the interference of officials in the work of economic entities, and strengthens the mechanisms of business self-regulation and its responsibility to society for its work. At the same time, the minimum necessary level of state control is maintained.
