PLEASE NOTE!

From January 2, 2023, pursuant to Article 25 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 18, 2011, No. 300-Z "On Appeals of Citizens and Legal Entities" (as amended on June 28, 2022, with changes and additions effective from January 2, 2023), electronic appeals will be submitted through the state unified republican information system for recording and processing appeals of citizens and legal entities (обращения. бел).

Access to this system will be free of charge.

Attention! Pursuant to the Law, the text of the appeal must be legible. The use of obscene or offensive words or expressions in appeals is not allowed. Electronic appeals must comply with the requirements of the Law. All appeals must contain the applicant's email address.
