The 115.bel portal is now also operational in Beshenkovichi

The portal was launched in November 2015 and was created to submit everyday current requests concerning housing and communal services and urban economy. The main task of the portal is to simplify the interaction between housing and communal services and citizens.

  In 2018, more than 120 cities and towns, including all regional and district centers of Belarus, were connected to the portal "My Gorad" 115.byel. As of today, residents of 129 cities and towns of Belarus, including the residents of Beshenkovichi, can use the portal's services.

 The 115.by project continues to move forward. Due to its widespread adoption, it is expanding, growing, and developing at the fastest possible pace, and is being supplemented with new functionality. In early 2019, it is planned to integrate the main information access channels of the 115 contact centers and the "Moy Gorod" portal 115.by. Also in 2019, an updated version of the 115.by portal can be expected, with expanded functionality for processing citizen requests and providing them with reference information through PUSH notifications.
