The security service solemnly and heartily celebrated the 60th anniversary of the establishment of the Beshenkovichi department.
The festive event brought together employees and veterans of the Beshenkovichi department of the Department of Protection of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the hall of the district culture center.
Among the honored guests were the First Deputy Head of the Vitebsk Regional Department of the Department of Protection, Vitaly Kazakov, the Chairman of the District Executive Committee, Galina Unukovich, the Head of the District Department of Internal Affairs, Police Lieutenant Colonel Yuri Kachanov, the Head of the District Department of the Investigative Committee, Justice Lieutenant Colonel Pavel Voitkus, and the Chairman of the primary veteran organization of the Department of Internal Affairs, veteran of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Police Colonel Oleg Novik.
The staff of the Beshenkovichi Department of the Security Department demonstrates a high level of professionalism.
"Our mobility and efficiency give people confidence that their lives and property are reliably protected," noted the head of the department, Yuri Romanov. "The Security Department is actively developing today. We are implementing new security systems. Responding to the demands of the times, we are acquiring modern equipment. More than 50 people work here today. At any time of the day, employees are ready to ensure the protection of the constitutional rights and freedoms of citizens."
The number of protected facilities and apartments is growing every year. The latest technologies are used to protect the property interests of the population and enterprises. The service protects more than 200 property objects of citizens and more than 150 objects of legal entities. Services are also in demand outside the district center. More than 100 houses and apartments of citizens located in rural areas are under protection.
Festive dates embody a history filled with courage and heroism. Employees of the security service have made and continue to make a significant contribution to it.
They consider their profession prestigious and their workplace the best.
Sincere words of gratitude were expressed to the valiant defenders of law and order. More than two dozen law enforcement officers were honored with well-deserved awards.
Service in the security forces is a school of courage and resilience, patriotism and high responsibility, loyalty to the oath, devotion to the people and the Fatherland. This was repeatedly emphasized by the guests in their speeches.
A team united by a common goal: to ensure the safety of every citizen and maintain public order. The Beshenkovichi Department of Security wished them further successful development, implementation of new technologies and practices, so that every resident of the district feels safe.
Guarding the peace and security of fellow countrymen are watchmen, electricians, control panel operators... Much depends on their collective contribution. Their work is an integral part of the security process. These people strive to do everything to make Belarus a strong and prosperous country.
An anniversary is a significant event and an occasion for honoring both current employees and veterans of the department. Those who are currently serving and those who have retired.
The service veterans were and remain the reliable foundation of the department. Their experience and knowledge, accumulated over years of work, are an important guide for young employees. After all, under their leadership, security was built, developed, and became effective.
