Learning through play

At the request of the students, rescuers from the Beshenkovichi District Department for Emergency Situations once again conducted a quest with students of the State Educational Institution "Bocheikovskaya Secondary School of the Beshenkovichi District". The quest consisted of various locations. To complete it, the event participants divided into 5 teams. The quest route included a block of thematic zones: "Fire", "Calling the Rescue Service", "Mercury Lake", "Knowledge Check", and others. At each of them, the teams had to demonstrate their best qualities – not only erudition, but also knowledge of safety basics, as well as physical fitness. And to make the training as effective as possible, teachers also joined the children.

After the formation, the teams were given navigation sheets, which determined the order of passing the locations for each team, after which the participants proceeded to complete them. At the locations, the children answered various questions on life safety, and also competed in timed contests. During the quest, the team members extinguished a simulated fire, put on rescue service combat gear, and completed sports challenges. The teams showed high sports and theoretical results.

Upon completion of the trials, the results were summarized and the best quest teams were awarded. The winners received commemorative prizes.
