On October 20, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko signed Decree No. 375 "On the Consolidation of Raw Material Zones." BELTA was informed about this by the press service of the Belarusian leader.

The document is adopted to ensure the effective operation of processing enterprises, as well as the development of raw material zones.

Regional executive committees are granted the right to form raw material zones from agricultural organizations within the regions and assign them to meat and dairy processing enterprises.

The document aims to establish a unified mechanism for the formation of raw material zones, which will contribute to increasing the utilization of enterprise capacities.
