Speed up the pace and strengthen control: what else was discussed at the field headquarters on the repair of social facilities
Last week, the district executive committee held a meeting with all stakeholders to discuss issues related to the modernization of several social sphere facilities. The head of the district, Galina Unukovich, then sharply criticized the contractors who failed to fulfill their obligations on time. Today, the participants of the headquarters – representatives of the district vertical of power, SE "UKS Lepel District", technical supervision, and the contracting organization – gathered again, visited one of the facilities, and discussed the progress of its reconstruction on-site.
The modernization of the former SPC building (which will house the Territorial Center for Social Services in the future) is being carried out by CHUP "Christmas plus". As noted, the work is behind schedule. Galina Unukovich demanded to accelerate the pace, begin interior finishing work, focus on its quality, and strengthen the technical supervision of the construction and installation work. "The facility must be commissioned this year," the head of the district summarized.
"Facade finishing is complete, only protective and decorative plastering and painting need to be applied. The roof has been fully repaired. Work on the installation of internal engineering networks has been completed. Finishing works and landscaping still remain," emphasized the site manager of CHUP "Christmas plus" Bronislav Bronislavovich Navoychik. "We plan to complete the work by the end of August."
