Landscaping and maintenance of the land plot and adjacent territory include sanitary cleaning and tidying of the territory, including the collection and removal of municipal waste, and timely mowing and removal of weeds.
Dear homeowners, please remember:
- Do not forget about the need to conclude contracts for waste removal with specialized enterprises.
- Please do not litter in unauthorized places!
- Systematically clean the territory near the house, as well as the territory adjacent to residential buildings, from garbage and timely remove weeds. Do not stack building materials or firewood near fences on the street side.
- Clean drainage ditches, channels, and culverts from debris and blockages.
- Ensure the proper sanitary condition of the shaft well, the integrity of its shaft and canopy, and the presence of a bench for placing buckets or other containers.
- Do not allow contamination of private household territory with wastewater, and timely pump out sewage from outdoor toilets, cesspools, garbage pits, and septic tanks.
- Maintain the technical and aesthetic condition of households, fences, gazebos, benches, etc. Timely paint and repair damaged structures (fences should be intact and stable).
- On the territory of a private household, stack building materials, firewood, and other materials neatly, in a folded form.
- Observe the rules for keeping and walking domestic animals.
Carrying out such measures will not only bring the territory of settlements into proper sanitary condition, but will also give an aesthetically attractive appearance as a whole.
You should be aware that for violating the rules of improvement and maintenance of settlements, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of 28.11.2012 No. 1087, administrative responsibility is provided for under Part 2 of Article 22.10 of the Code of the Republic of Belarus on Administrative Offenses. This article entails a fine of up to 25 basic units, for an individual entrepreneur - from 10 to 50 basic units, and for a legal entity - from 20 to 100 basic units.

The sanitary and epidemiological service of the Beshenkovichi district calls on the population to contribute to improving the sanitary condition of settlements:
Please do not litter in unauthorized places:
1. Do not throw garbage, cigarette butts, etc. from the balconies of apartment buildings.
2. When visiting and tidying up the cemetery, dispose of all garbage in designated temporary waste storage areas. For example, near the fence of the "Central" cemetery in the urban-type settlement of Beshenkovichi, on Matrosov Street, Abazovsky Street, Yantimirova Street, and at the entrance from Pervomayskaya Street, unauthorized dumps of ritual and household waste have been formed (although there is a sanctioned temporary waste storage facility).
3. We kindly ask you to bring your trash bags to the containers! Trash bags left behind are accessible to animals, which scatter their contents around the territory. Additionally, weather conditions (wind) contribute to the spread of garbage.
4. We kindly ask you not to store bulky waste (construction debris (concrete, bricks, metal scraps, slate, logs from dismantled structures), wood and plant waste, pruning materials, car tires, animal carcasses, birds, oils and lubricants, batteries, mercury-containing waste, furniture, etc.) at the temporary solid waste collection points. Instead, please contact the housing and communal services for the removal of the aforementioned waste. We also advise against disposing of ash and cigarette butts in the temporary solid waste collection containers, as this may lead to fires.
