On establishing the form of notification of intention to use a residential building for habitation
Based on the second paragraph of the first part of point 5 of the Regulation on the procedure for working with vacant and dilapidated houses, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2018 № 357 "On vacant and dilapidated houses", and subparagraph 5.1 of point 5 of the Regulation on the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus, approved by the Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 № 958 "Issues of the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus", the State Property Committee of the Republic of Belarus RESOLVES:
1. To establish the form of notification of intention to use a residential building for habitation in accordance with the appendix.
2. This resolution shall enter into force on December 7, 2018.

Notification
of intent to use a residential building2 for residence
In accordance with paragraph 6 of the Regulation on the procedure for handling vacant and dilapidated houses, approved by Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 4, 2018 No. 357 "On vacant and dilapidated houses"
(National Legal Internet Portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.09.2018, 1/17913), I hereby inform about the intention to use _____________________________________________________________________________,(residential house (apartment in a semi-detached house)

1 The district, city (cities of regional subordination) executive committees, the local administration of the district in the city of Minsk, or the city (cities of district subordination), town, rural executive committees at the location of the residential building to which (which) the notification is submitted shall be indicated.
2 A residential building is understood to mean single-family and semi-detached residential buildings, including those whose construction is not registered in the manner prescribed by law, with or without outbuildings and other structures, and apartments in semi-detached residential buildings, excluding residential buildings and apartments owned by the state.
