A meeting of the district executive committee was held in Beshenkovichi
Three issues have been submitted for consideration:
• On the readiness of the district organization for the autumn-winter period.• On the results of the organization of health improvement and useful employment of minors in the summer period of 2025 and tasks for 2026.
• On the implementation of state youth policy in the district.
The first deputy chairman of the Vitebsk Regional State Control Committee, Dmitry Davydenko, is participating in the executive committee meeting.
Beshenkovichi District is Ready for the 2025-2026 Heating Season
As noted at the district executive committee meeting, all heat sources and heat energy consumers have received readiness certificates.
There are problematic issues regarding fuel procurement in agricultural organizations; assurances have been received from the district agricultural sales department to increase the pace of work in this area.
The Beshenkovichi branch of "Vitebskobltop" has fulfilled all public requests.
The tasks set before the start of the heating season have been fulfilled by the gas, water supply, energy supply, and utility services.
The results of theA total of 12 camps of various profiles operated in our district during the summer health campaign. 744 children were recuperated against a plan of 712.
This year, the educational and health camp "Lider" operated in four shifts (256 children were recuperated here against the plan). It is planned that next summer the camp will receive more children by increasing the number of shifts to five. The number of minors involved in summer employment has significantly increased compared to last year – a total of 320 children.
"All conditions have been created in the district for the full rest and recuperation of children," emphasized the head of the region, Galina Unukovich. "It is within our power to do everything to ensure that the 2026 health campaign is coordinated, clear, organized, and safe."

There are 1789 young people aged 14 to 31 living in the Beshenkovichi district, which is 13.6% of the total population of the district.
These figures were announced during the consideration of the issue of implementing youth policy.
During the meeting, many areas of youth policy implementation were discussed. And they are extensive and multifaceted – civic and patriotic education, promotion of a healthy lifestyle, state support for young families, assistance in exercising the right to work, education, and others.
“It is important not to miss a single person, to create conditions for the self-realization of everyone for the benefit of their native country, their small homeland,” emphasized the head of the district, Galina Unukovich. “So that young people stay in the district. This is our labor force, without them there will be no further development.”
Following the consideration of the issue, an appropriate decision was made, specific instructions were given to responsible persons, and a set of measures was determined that will contribute to the further improvement of work with youth.
