A meeting of the district executive committee was held in Beshenkovichi
The meeting is attended by Petr Korobach, Chairman of the Committee for State Property of the Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee.
The following issues are put forward for discussion:
- on the work carried out to involve unused and ineffectively used property into economic circulation; - on the work carried out by the land management department to comply with legislation in the district; - on the progress of fulfilling the requirements of Directive of the President of the Republic of Belarus of March 11, 2004 No. 1 "On measures to strengthen public safety and discipline".
As noted at the district executive committee meeting, the district's communal property includes 730 buildings, structures, transmission devices, and isolated premises with a total area of 190.3 thousand sq.m.; The utilization rate of state property is 86.6%. Based on the results of 2025, it is planned to involve 11 unused facilities into economic circulation. 10 of them will be sold at auction, and 1 facility will be transferred free of charge. Another 7 facilities are subject to demolition.
"Each buyer of previously unused property must be worked with individually," emphasized Petr Korobach. "So that the sold objects are used effectively. In addition, enterprises and organizations need to strengthen their work on the registration of real estate objects."In general, as Petr Korobach noted, the work on involving unused property into economic circulation in the Beshenkovichi district is carried out at a decent level.
From the meeting hall of the district executive committee: the issue of compliance with land legislation in the region is currently being considered
From the report of Maya Pankevich, Head of the Land Management Department:
- since the beginning of 2025, land surveyors of the district have issued 374 information letters on the elimination of identified violations of land legislation;
- 35 resolutions on bringing to administrative responsibility have been issued, 12 protocols on administrative offenses have been drawn up;
- 539 cases of unauthorized occupation of land plots have been confirmed. 193 land users have applied for legalization of plots, decisions have already been made on 108 applications.
This year, no fatalities due to murder, grievous bodily harm, or occupational injuries have been recorded in the district. This information was announced at a meeting of the district executive committee during the consideration of the implementation of Directive No. 1.
However, there are also negative trends. These include an increase in the number of people who died from alcohol poisoning, road traffic accidents, fires, and drownings.
In total, 19 people died from external causes in the first 9 months of 2025. Compared to the same period last year, the number of fatalities increased by 4 people.
Issues related to labor protection, the crime situation, fire safety, medical examinations, and others were considered. Tasks aimed at strengthening public safety and discipline have been set for the prevention entities.
