In Beshenkovichi, on the basis of the district executive committee, an instructional session was held with the participation of a representative of the Vitebsk regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.
The Vitebsk Regional Executive Committee has determined the algorithm for organizing the activities of crime prevention entities to prevent offenses that contribute to the loss of life from external causes in the housing stock, the procedure for organizing the work of which was explained by the chief specialist of the supervision and prevention department of the Vitebsk Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Anton Borodich.
Anton Nikolaevich reminded that, in accordance with the aforementioned document, the prevention entities involved in preventing offenses that contribute to the loss of life from external causes in the housing stock have been identified, the criteria and signs of unsafe living conditions for citizens have been indicated, and the procedure for responding to the detection of signs of unsafe living conditions for citizens has also been determined.
The participants of the training session considered issues of interaction between prevention entities, discussed the procedure for interaction between services, and also what documents to prepare based on the results of the work.
Each attendee was able to ask pressing questions and collegially resolve issues.
